Adelaide
Hoodless
This is a classic true single cultivar.
Short
stubby pale pink tube with pale pink sepals tipped green which fly back
sufficiently to expose a perfect single corolla.
The corolla is lilac/pink flushed white at the base making it very
attractive. It
produces two flowers in each leaf axil which are supported by strong
stems. The plant is
compact and very easy to shape. With
it's excellent flowering ability it should appeal to exhibitors.
This cultivar was named after the founder of the 'Women's Institute' to
celebrate their 75th Anniversary. Adelaide was born and raised in Canada.
The W.I. now has an International
following.
Well
worth growing.
